A raft of Indian limestone set adrift in a small sea of marble gravel. A space for hosting; the raft is anchored to a wall of Taxus batacca via a "bridging" seat. The three half tonne slate monoliths, ceremoniously set in position, emerge from the sea of gravel like towering islands and anchor the entire composition to the site.
