A six-storey city centre mixed use development on Lad Lane, Dublin 2, comprising 25 apartments, ground floor Enterprise Centre and basement level car parking. A playground was required within the planning conditions. TTT submitted their concept to Dublin City Council and gained approval to build the next edition of their CAT-ONE concept. The structure, to be known as, CAT-TWO, is integrated with TTT design for first floor shared communal garden space for the apartments. CAT-TWO built by: Quiver. Photos: TTT, ODAA.
