TTT public space: Sited along the banks of the Grand Canal, fronting a new office building by Oakmount, the space was conceived as a stage set, viewed from the "4th Wall" of the Grand Canal and as a lost walled garden with relic fragments remaining; now with an office building sitting within it. TTT designed all external works including plaza, boundary walls, concrete works (including in lobby). TTT Material Palette: split face & bush hammered limestone, cast in-situ concrete, Chailey brick, powder-coated steel (gates & screens), acid etched stainless steel manhole covers, brickslot drain, lighting layout and planting.
