TTT Restaurant Terrace: Angelinas Terrace is overlooking the Grand Canal at the rear of 55 Percy Place. TTT emphasised the linear aspect of the canal by maintaining a clean edge to the canal, with formwork for the concrete pour required to be tied back on the land side. Concrete control joints are aligned with the joints in the glass balustrade, setting up a clear rhythm. Material Palette: power-washed concrete, brick, toughened glass, powder-coated steel, lighting & planting. Main Contractor: M & P Construction.
